JPs Software - Waves

This is a little collection of video-plugins for Pinnacles software Studio 9 (and 10). It is an early beta-release of the plugins, so use them at your own risc. Feel free to send feedback and comments. The plugin was tested under Windows XP with Studio 9.4 - but most of the effects should also run under Studio 10. Programming these video-effects is an hobby of mine, so the plugin can be used freely as defined by the Gnu Public License (version 2 or later, see file COPYING).

Stretches the video clip like waves

Use this effect to distort the video like waves. The wave length, wave height and direction can be adapted. Additionally the waves can be moved over time.

Parameter

• Type: Type of the waves (sinus, triangular, square, trapezoid, or random).
• Direction: Direction of the waves (horizontally or vertikally)
• Frequency: Frequency of the waves. The higher the frequency, the more waves are visible
• Amplitude: Height of the waves.
• Speed: If you choose speed > 0, the waves get larger and smaller over time.
• Offset: Using this parameter, the start point of the waves can be adapted.
• Move: With move you can move the waves over time.
